# KERF

> KERF is an online waterjet cutting service in Melbourne, Australia. Upload a file at https://kerf.au/quote, see the price in seconds, pay online, and the flat parts are cut in Melbourne and shipped Australia-wide. Cold cutting, no minimum order, prices in Australian dollars including GST. Prices, measured sizes and cut-or-not decisions come only from the live quote; nothing here states a price.

KERF cuts flat parts from sheet and plate metal (aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper) in the thicknesses listed in the quote workspace. It does not bend, tap, weld, machine, engrave or coat. Eight file formats are accepted: DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, PDF, STEP, IGES and EPS. Thicker material, other metals and non-metals are by request to hello@kerf.au.
